  • Grove City Record pages document that local press reported on Meyer's projects and claims between 1976 and 1998.
  • The archive preserves technical manuals and memos attributed to the Meyer/WFC materials, with mirror provenance logged.

What Those Documents Do Not Establish

  • A patent grant is not independent experimental validation, a certification of commercial performance, or proof of net energy production.
  • A newspaper report establishes that a claim was reported; it does not establish that the technical claim was correct.
  • The archive has no controlled, independently reproducible energy-balance test establishing that a vehicle ran solely on water or produced more usable energy than the system consumed.
  • Ordinary electrolysis uses electricity to split water into hydrogen and oxygen; any extraordinary efficiency claim requires measurements that account for all energy entering and leaving the system.
