Provenance Log

Every file stored in research/sources/ is logged in research/sources/sources-log.md with download date, source URL, file type, and notes.

Local Archive Structure

• research/sources/ — primary documents and archival mirrors
• research/ocr/ — OCR text and Gemini OCR spot‑check JSON outputs
• research/ — research briefs, topic files, and evidence ledger

How to Verify

1. Find a file in research/sources/.
2. Look up the entry in research/sources/sources-log.md to see the download date and URL.
3. Cross‑read OCR text in research/ocr/ against the original scan when quoting.
